Back at the Helm

Ok, it’s been awhile since I have posted anything on this blog. Many of you are saying, “Really? We didn’t notice.” That’s ok. There are a few people out there that like to joust with me and my twisted thought process. The bottom line is I just got tired. Really tired.

How many of you are willing to just drop the things you love? It’s not easy. But for me a choice had to be made. I had gotten so busy with my new day job, volunteer efforts, family affairs, and life in general that I just couldn’t take it anymore. Something had to go. Unfortunately that meant all these blogs I had been keeping up. Six blogs total.

We lead busy lives. I don’t think that there are many people I know who would say otherwise. In all this chaos we fail to do ANYTHING well. We just do it as best we can at the moment and then move to the next big thing.

So I have decided that this time around things are going to be different. I’m not going to manage six blogs. I have decided to get this one up and running. Then, I may possibly start a combined Tampa Bay Sports blog just so I can air my twisted views on the Rays, Buccaneers, and maybe even USF. (A guy has to have an outlet to vent!)

Other than that My focus is going to be on sharing my spiritual walk with those who take the time to read about it. The sound of it just seems much less cluttered and stressful to me. See, it’s working already. So, keep me in your prayers and check in from time to time to share in this conversation about life…and afterlife.

God Bless
